The verification code did not arrive
What to check, and what to do if it still does not come.
Before your signature is applied you enter a short code, sent to the same address or number the document was sent to. It is what records that the signature was yours.
- Check the spam or junk folder
- Confirm you are checking the same address the document was sent to — the code does not go anywhere else
- Wait a moment and request a new code; the previous one stops working
If it still does not arrive, reply to the message that carried the signing link. It reaches the person who sent you the document, and they can resend it or send it to a different address.
