What a signature here is made of
A signature is only as good as what you can show about it later. This page describes the mechanisms behind each guarantee and, for every one, what you can go and inspect yourself. It is written for the person who has to defend the document, not for the person choosing a vendor.
Who signed, and how that was checked

Before a signature is applied, the signer proves control of the channel the document was sent to by entering a one-time code. Recipients do this without creating an account, so the verification happens even for people who will never use the product again.
- Completion certificate
- Attached to every completed document, recording each signer and the verification that preceded their signature.
- Audit trail
- An append-only record of who did what, when, and from where — including the verification step, not only the signature.
The document you signed is the document we keep

Completion produces a PAdES-signed PDF. The content is hashed, so any later alteration is detectable by anyone holding the file — including a party who does not trust us and never contacts us.
- The signed PDF itself
- Validates in standard PDF readers without a plugin from us. Verification does not depend on this company continuing to exist.
- Content hashes
- Recorded at completion, so tampering is evident rather than merely prohibited.
One document, both languages

Arabic and English live in the same document rather than in two files that can drift apart. A signer reads the agreement in their language and signs the same record everyone else signed.
- The document structure
- Both languages are part of one signed artifact, so there is no question of which version governs.
