Something in the document is wrong
Who can change it, and what happens if you decline.
Reply to the message that carried the signing link. It reaches the person who sent you the document — they can correct it and send a new version.
You can also decline. Declining is recorded and the sender is told; it does not delete the document, and it does not commit you to anything.
