Tracking a document you sent
Where a document is, and what to do when a signer has not acted.
Every document you send records its own progress: who has opened it, who has been verified, who has signed, and when.
If a signer has not acted, the most common causes are an address typo and a message filtered as spam. You can resend, or send to a corrected address, without rebuilding the document.
